Lesson 867: Reflections

 Hello, Readers!

Welcome to your Sunday morning

Special edition of the Lamp Post,

as I reflect on the events of the week.

Eloise is happy and rested

as I gaze at Fall's beauty that surrounds.

How lovely the sights and sounds of fall!

It is Homecoming weekend at Harbor Creek
and I told the feral cats all about it this morning.

Looking back,

it was quite the week.

A Friday afternoon Pep Rally for the students.

A home cross country meet

A home volleyball game
and theme days for dress up--
neon day was fun

and funny Pep Rally skits.

Hats off to the person who snapped this photo
of the Dog Pound at the Homecoming Football Game.
I think it is my favorite crowd shot ever!

The football team gave us a substantial win

under the Friday night lights
and October sky.

Sam was selected to walk the field at halftime

with 9 other of his classmates.

Sam was honored to be crowned King
by his former teammate and friend Zack.

Our humble hero handed out some sweaty hugs

before return to the game for the second half
to bring us home the win.

He cleaned up nicely for dinner
and the dance with his sweetheart

and a few...... friends.
LOL.
The Huskies literally took over Mercyhurst University's
front lawn.

Enjoy your beautiful Sunday,
everyone.

Eloise
