Lesson 570: White Christmas

Many an Erieite rejoiced on December 24th at 1:00 pm!

We got our White Christmas,
almost as if it was ordered
straight from the North Pole.

It snowed for about an hour Christmas Eve afternoon,

just as we were heading in to Grace Church's
Christmas at the Warner.

Erie scenes are breathtaking year round.

We returned home

to a bit of accumulation,
both of snow and excitement.

Another year of memories made
with full bellies
in full living rooms,

of dogs in evening wear,

sparkly shoes,

 sophomore sophistication,

and large gifts to open
tagged to Somebody.

And, yes,
more awkward family photos to add to the collection.
Not sure why Sam thinks he needs to smile with an under bite.

Christmas 2018 was a good one.

My gifts under the tree were much appreciated.

They certainly know what I like.
Looks like I'll be reading this three times.

We discovered this wonderful place!
It's beautiful and clean!
Not a piece of dog poop to be seen.

It was better than the status of the Lamp Post
on Christmas Eve morning.

The Shitter was full!
(but now fixed).

Thanks, Kelly L,
for the photo!
I'll have to set this up for next year's Christmas card.

Happy Holidays!
