Lesson 633: Kidbull

Hello, Readers!
Eloise spied some teeny tiny buds on the trees this week!

My doves agreed that spring isn't too far away.
Hang in there!

Erie is supposed to experience a warm up this weekend.

Basketball season came to an end last weekend.
Sam can rest his legs and his vocal cords.

My daughters are anxiously awaiting their spring breaks.

Ahhhhh.
This dog and these kids!
My life is all about the Kidbull.

So, have you watched this Disney short film?
Grab a tissue and watch Kitbull,
a story of a stray cat and an abused pitbull.

It reminds me of a teen novel
I grabbed from the High School Library
the other day.
What?
A silver medal honor book that had escaped my eyes?

Again, an interesting story about a neglected dog and a stray cat,
written in a poetic way.

Pitties truly do get some bad press.
To create balance,
which is always my goal in life,
here are a few good press stories
for this breed that has captured my heart
and filled many a sweeper bag
with the remnants of chewed household items.

Here's an example of
how every dog deserves to be treated.
Watch it until the little girl sneezes.
The dog goes back to the same position!

Here's a pittie who has befriended a kitten.

My favorite is this one--
a pittie who is nearly an Opal look-alike,
who has an unbreakable bond with another dog and refuses
to leave the shelter without him.
Watch the story about Merrill and Taco for your weekend homework.
No essay questions.
Just support your local shelter next time you have the chance.

Woof!
Eloise
