Happy Friday, Readers!
It was a Fri-Yay for Mrs. Eloise.
I began teaching my students online today.
All of my students are home on Fridays,
so that is my best day to reach them.
The paperwork and planning stage of my job
takes about a month to complete.
I enjoy the process very much,
but am always eager to get back to the classroom.
Today was my first day back with the elementary schoolers.
No visitors.
Clark School has this darling bulletin board
that I didn't want you to miss.
The school's independent reading program
as a very clever theme I think we all should adopt.
Together we make things possible.
Schools are great for posters and signs.
These are now common on doorways on Fridays.
We have plenty of kid-friendly looking reminders.
Some good reminders for adults,
and some funny ones, too.
Our mission IS possible.
Mrs. Eloise has several missions for YOU
for your weekend homework!
Check out the start of the turn of the leaves!
Neighbor Laura texted me today
stating how she waits for the tree in my parents' front yard
to pop bright read each year.
Neighbor Laura--your mission is accomplished!
The Junior High Huskies got some great playing weather this week.
That's Snarling Slammy on the left
and his buddy The Berlin Wall on the right.
Lesson for the players--
if you stand next to Sam anywhere on the field
you are most likely going to get a capture....
and a nickname.
I can't get down to the field this year for my famous
slither on my belly shots
so I have to be a little more creative with the edits
Park lovers--
get out and about around Harborcreek parks and places
and take advantage of the photo backgrounds.
Perfect for fall family photos.
While you are at HC Community Park,
check out the field grass the parks department
let grow up around the northwest corner of the pond.
It's so pretty right now.
It's Hazel's favorite place to sniff'.
Penny the Pup likes it, too.
What's Penny's personality like, you ask?
She sure is cute
but she's a DIGGER!
Readers, weigh in, please.
You told me that getting Hazel a friend
You told me that getting Hazel a friend
would help with her chewing.
What helps with digging?
Don't tell me adopting another friend....
unless, of course,
that friend is a donkey.
Make it your mission to celebrate life.
Go for a walk on a Saturday and see where your feet lead you.
I make it my mission to always be on the lookout
for things that strike me.
Many make appearances on this blog.
Here is one that's getting framed very soon.
This one was really good, too.
Find your Peace People this weekend.
Until Next Time,
Eloise
