Hello, Readers.
The weekend is off to a great start!
We are still riding high from the outcome
of the High School Softball Championship Game!
The Lady Huskies brought home the trophy!
What a fun experience for our entire community!
From the send off to the drum beat
of the marching band,
to the watch party at Roscoe's.
Proud to be a Huskie!
(and please--someone sell this flag again).
I was looking up the population of our town,
outside of Erie, PA,
and I came across this People also ask question on Google:
I couldn't wait to see
what was below the drop down arrow on the right.
Here it is,
and I agree.
Other championship moments of the week--
to a much lesser degree,
but worth celebrating, nonetheless.
Summer League Basketball
Legion Baseball
Baseball banquet and Scarps with the speech:
Gus's Mom is M.I.A!
no pics of the middle daughter--
she's studying hard in Grad School
all summer this year!
King of Building 99 turns 27!
Natalie blew out his candles for the 25th year straight.
Hubby's First Retirement Project is done.
Deck fixed!
Fixed the smart way...
when the job was tricky and a bit icky--
Call Dan!
He'll do just about anything!
Reminder for the Champions of the Word:
for anyone who loves to read--
Sunday, June 16th
6:00-8:00
Lamp Post
park in the winery
if you don't want to get stuck in my driveway.
Bring a lawn chair,
and a list of your favorite books
to share with others!
And to the GOAT of every contest--
Mother Nature.
She did us proud again this week.
Enjoy the weekend readers.
