Lesson 864: Do the Thing

 Hello, Readers.

It's another beauty of a weekend

here in Northwestern, Pennsylvania.

We are enjoying every drop of sunshine while it lasts.

I'm from Pennsylvania, you know.

To get outside

every day

and enjoy nature

is my goal.

Or is it a habit?

I spend the first month of school

developing goals for very smart students.

Shhhhhh!

Don't tell them.

I'm not that big on goals.

I'm in the habit camp.

I agree with Ryan Holiday and the stoics.

Not sure who that is?
Watch this video.

CLICK HERE for Ryan Holiday NOT having goals

I like to watch his videos

when I walk on the treadmill in the morning.

That's me,

doing my thing,

at 5:00 am.

My guy gives his best every day,

doing his thing.

He met up with some teammates

and backyard rivals last Sunday,

to shoot some promotional photos
for the return of Battle of the Bridge.

The Huskies and the Braves
will meet on the Iroquois field
the last game of the season.

Be there!

This gal does her thing out in Edinboro
in the Speech and Hearing Sciences Department.

I love to take photos,
but never made it a goal to become a photographer,
get a certain number of captures,
or invest in better lenses.

I do the thing,

making the best out of what I have

and keep an eye out.

And over time,

you get better.

It also helps
to have a cheerful sidekick!

She did her thing
at Beast on the Bay
last weekend.

She beat the BEAST!

A just think,
Natalie found her strength
from her favorite fuel!

Get out there this weekend
and do the thing
that makes you tick.

Eloise
